Good to know
Does it cost anything?
No, the Forget-Me-Not Club is completely free. You only pay if you decide to order.
Do I have to order when I get a reminder?
Not at all. The reminder is just a nudge. Order if you'd like to, or simply enjoy remembering.
How far ahead will I be reminded?
A week before each date, which gives you plenty of time to choose something and book a delivery day.
Can I change or remove a date?
Of course. Email us at hello@pompomflorals.co.nz and we'll update your dates.
Will you send me other emails?
